Junior mining stock trends

hi everyone. I guess I'm just looking for some reassurance here. I've been trying to do some research on Junior mining companies and their stock trends. Researching recommended junior mining companies etc. I have heard in the past and have now seen a trend myself when looking up junior mining Stocks, There seems to be this period where there is a really Strong rally in stock price followed by a drastic decline and it stays that way for years. I know there are so many mining companies out there. I have heard from others who I was speaking to you about LME to be careful, As these mining companies tend to try to spark investment by drumming up stories of optimism, and Certain key players do well and then it all falls apart. I guess I'm just looking for some reassurance here with LME that it is different. I have maxed my TFSA with this stock, And have some more I want to put in an open account if I could get some reassurance!

LME was my first! Lol but started following others to buy once LME did its thing.... Even bought a small amount in a few.... all the Jr miners I follow ( other than LME) are down significantly.... like 80% reduction in value..... Here's hoping LME continues to be the exception... or I am homeless....

Team LME, With the AGM in the rear view mirror I remind everyone of the sum of the LME parts. These parts have not changed since yesterday and as such I remain positive and long on my position. In no specific order the LME advantages include, access to roads, water, hydro, a local skilled workforce, long term land leases, permits in place, a 43-101 completed above ground pile with defined ...more

I do find it somewhat reassuring that the private placement was successful and larger than anticipated.  More experienced investors, likely with better access to information, were willing to invest significantly more cash than we have.

Please don't seek reassurance in any online forum. No one else knows your situation and while we all are hoping for a positive outcome, only you can ultimately decide your comfort level. It's a crazy world right now and any number of factors could impact the short and medium terms. I like most here, have told others about LME and always from a positive light. Nothing in that has changed ...more

I wouldn't be too worried. Market is crashing in general but LME specifically dropped because of the lack of buyout news the Reddit crowd expected. Our volume today was under 198,234 with the trailing average over the last 3 months being 207,340. The "dump" today was a super small amount of shares in the grand scheme of things. If we dropped like this in high volume I'd be ...more

exactly on the money @lambo. This was low volume of those that were hoping for a short term pop in share price following an announcement at the AGM that never came. They then exited looking for another short term play. This and further being fed by retail investors stop loss orders resulted in the drop. As I said before to all of us retail investors, REMOVE your stop loss from your LME shares ...more

Exactly Lambo... Someone just dumped 9000 at market to drop it again. Sometimes having Tier II can be frustrating to watch. The best news we can take from the drop is no one panicked. This is just the come lately's running away.

Hopefully, in the not too distant future, there will be lots of folks with "sellers remorse"!
