Making the Naughty list!

Just in time for Dec, LME making it onto the OSC naughty list!

I appreciate reading the update from LME before the questions start coming later.

Always better to be infront of things.

Seems like a whole lot of nothing? Website updates etc... thoughts?

I see things with gold colored lenses.... So my opinion might  not be the best.  But seems great to me. I love seeing all these little things taken care of,  dotting the "i"s and crossing the "t"s. What better time to ensure all your ducks are in a row and are fully compliant in all regards. It's business as usual.... until it isn't! And I look ...more

I don't have a lot of context for the correction that came out.  Initially it caused me some concern.  Based on the reaction and the fact that the stock didn't plumet I assume this is a common occurance?  An explenation would be great appreicated!

I think it's pretty clear they're cleaning up their posted media to be compliant with the requirements of the 43-101. Let's just keep our eye on the broader market and specifically gold prices.  I don't think any offers will be sufficient to LME management until gold is up at $2000. But I don't know much about anything...

Why do you think gold price going up to 2k will help facilitate a sale? I would think anyone who is planning on buying a junior mining company would rather buy before gold goes up, saving them millions. I do agree that they're likely dotting/crossing letters.

Buyer would want before price goes up, seller would want after it goes up as they want to maximizre shareholder value. They have to agree though so who knows where it falls.

C'mon guys-get real! Do you really think that the BO will be priced based on the current price of gold at the relevant time? The gold will be extracted over a period of many years during which price will go up and down. Common sense would suggest that it would be based on an estimate of long term average future price of gold, which will have very little to do with current price.

I agree matlas has nothing to do with price of gold  take years to remove from ground

Sorry to break it to you all but you are all right and all wrong. Of course the price of gold has an effect, and both the seller and potential buyer want to see the price rise. Not necessarily for valuation, although price does effect it, but more importantly for risk mitigation. The higher the price of gold the lower the cost to extract and process that gold as a percentage of the price per ounce ...more

Of course the price of gold has an effect. That is not in dispute. But a buyer is not just going to be focused on the current price, but what they estimate to be the average price over the life of the mine.

Fairly sure DRA suggested the cleanup
