Drop in Price

from a fundamental standpoint NOTHING has changed. The only thing that has changed over the last couple weeks is peoples sentiment on a buyout timeline. With the announcement of further drilling people who were trying to make a quick buck are selling because they think a buyout is further down the road. Further drilling just means LME is continuing to move forward on all fronts. I am hopeful that a deal is being negotiated, if it isnt now is a great time to DCA in and patiently wait. The pessimists are selling the optomists are buying.

Sorry, I would argue this on two points. 1. What fundamentals are you talking about? The only fundamentals I have seen are intents to validate 10 million GEOs and positioning to become a acquisition target. Sure, those haven't changed, but I wouldn't call them fundamentals as much as aspirations. 2. Factors external to Laurion have indeed changed. Debt is more expensive thanks to rising ...more

In response to your first point:  10M GEO has not been publicly proven. As you put it this is in aspiration, it absolutely cannot be cosnidered part of the companies "fundamentals" until such a time that it is publicly proven.  The fundamentals that I am talking about have NOT changed.  Laurion has no need to take on debt with $7,560,461 in cash as of their last ...more

They HAVE to have a drill plan in place.  What else could they say? "we are just going to chill until an offer we like comes along"? They have decided to not start monetizing the surface stockpile.  If there was any concern for financing a long term opperation I have to assume they would be moving forword with the stockpile.   They are drilling because they have to ...more
