Options and Warrants

I'm not clear on how the options and warrants need to be reported but there were quite a few that should have been exercised or expired on Dec 31. But I'm assuming we should have seen a report on sedi by now? If not it should happen soon. Can anyone else comment?

Options would only be exercised if they were "in the money" meaning the excercise price is lower or equal to the market price. Otherwise they would expire worthless and cease to exist. You saw some of this in December.  I don't have the warrant or option schedule in front of me but I dont think there was much expiring at this time. Worth noting however is that the options ...more

Thanks for responding! I apprecate it. I did notice that Douglas Bolton had some that were ITM options exercisible at $0.05 that were to expire on December 31/2022. Same with Michael Bourassa, David Burkes, Terrence Byberg, Joeseph Campbell, Gerard Lanthier, Niel Westoll...all of these by what I can tell on Sedi had an exercisible price of $0.05 and were to expired on Dec. 31/2022. Some are no longer insiders and likely don't need to report any longer but some are still insiders.

Some may have rolled over. Buti am not sure why you think you would see a notice on sedi. These can be excercised without any announcements. The only time they would need to announce is f a board member was buying or selling shares.  Although excercising options would be noteworthy from a PR perspective there is no requirement.
