$4.00 ? Believe or Not

Some people on this chat all talked about this  4 dollar deal they turn down last year . We're is the evidence that there was one on the table everyone has valid points on what to believe and what not to believe this is why we are here to support and validate what's out there . But there is nothing out there to prove they turn down 4 dollars a share or that there was one on the table  . I have been in for over 2 years now watch this company me and a bunch of my friends and family have been invested in this ,but never I have I seen or heard about them turning it down or been offered only here !

i do believe there is gold there how much only they know??

I do believe some people on this chat but hard to know if they are promoting this stock or real investors for the long haul

But it hard to believe $4.00 was there when there was no mention of it at all anywhere  but here

so I'm trying to believe the last 2.5 years of LME will come hopefully this year I give it till Christmas

From what I've read on forums/reddit, etc., I believe the rumour was that they turned it down a number of years ago.

Guys- Get real! You would never hear about an offer like that other than via rumors. Naturally they would turn down. That is only about $1 billion. Even of they only had 3 million GEO it would be worth that, and clearly the have lots more. An offer like that would never be considered by Cynthia and the LME board because it would only be a fraction of what the shares are worth. They are not ...more

Isn't it confirmed that they have $20-30 million sitting in the stockpiles waiting to be monetized? That's without starting a mine. I'm with Matlas! $25 minimum/share but I also feel it has potential for $30+.

Thanks Primpage However, in all fairness, what is in stockpiles is only the equivalent of about 9-12 cents /share. Not enough to support my valuation.

I was more trying to compare to a valuation of $800mill.  the value of the stockpiles is nearly 4% of $800 mill for the whole mine. I was suggesting that that value is ludicrous!  I agree though, the value of the stockpiles is nothing compared to its actual value.  I feel that acquisitions back in 2021 were based on a lower gold price. I strongly believe that buyouts moving ...more

Thanks Primpage However, I am not sure that I could justify my number based on only 15 millon GEO. But, think about how they kept expanding the strike zone over and over. Has to be more than 15 millon. But, also consider this fact. As DAM$ described it, she wants to do the additional drilling to find the "holly grail" in terms of the gold intersects. I am sure she is not doing that ...more

Good discussion, but my question(s): When must a public company LEGALLY disclose how many GEO have been dicovered? If their drill programs have discovered either 10 million or 15 million or 20 million must they not disclose that information within a reasonable timeframe? Can they legally sit on that information indefinitely until a suitor comes along? Do the shareholders not have a right to ...more

They don't. They are obligated to share Material Changes and financials, a 43-101 with a MRE is entirely dependent on them. The majority voting block in Laurion is tightly held by the board and Friends & Family (CEO's husband).  A motion to compel them to disclose a 43-101 wouldn't make it to the floor of the AGM. Some view this as a positive.

You have a point @Primpage. The value of the stockpiles is that they are accessible and can be brought online easily provided you have existing infrastructure for processing available. They have a 43-101. I have valued them at 8%.What makes up the other 92%?

The rest of the gold-silver-copper-zinc still in the ground.

Rumour. One that I first heard attached to a $2.00 figure and have heard since with a larger one. Here is why I don't put any value in it. In April 2021 Orion Mine Finance (private equity) sold a 10% stake in the Hadrock (later Greenstone) to Equinox for $60 million (cash and equivalent). The Hadrock had released a 43-101 in January with proven resources of 5.3 million ounces, valuing the ...more
