A lot of the speculation regarding Laurion has it's root in the elevator pitch Cynthia made in 2020 where she said she would validate 10 million GEOS.

Since then I have seen that number posted as the minimum, and assumptions made on doubling it and more based on Roger's posts (matlas math).

I think it is reasonable that if the CEO makes a statement like this, one should be able to question it and receive an answer.

I did and I received a response from Cynthia. The number is not validated. They set an ambitious target with no time line for when they would accomplish it and they have not accomplished it as yet.

I encourage that instead of listening to anyone on the forum, me included, an email to Cynthia is your best bet for a definitive answer.

I place zero credence on this, especially in light of the source from which it is coming. I do not believe that Cynthia would be giving out such info, so I would never dream of asking her. Others can feel free. If that were true, why wouldn't they be planning a much more ambitious and extensive drilling campagn this season?? They have lots of $$$ for it.

Would be curious to see her exact response if you wouldnt mind.  You are right when you say one should be able to question a CEOs claim and expect to recieve an answer, but the CEO is under no obligation (and often times cannot) disclose information in the interest of answering questions from

Two things. No, I wasn't expecting any confidential information, nor did I ask for it. I simply asked that based on the statement she made, did she think she was there. I think that there are other clues here which should allow us to infer that more than 10 million GEO already: 1) there were signals coming out in 2022 from Cynthia and, less directly from Roger, that they were going to wrap up a deal that year. If they did not have 10 million GEO, there would be no way that could be the case because even at 10 millon GEO the price would be way too low for Cynthia
