AGM Month Guess??

Hello Team,

was thinking about the AGM,  normally (the last 2 years) the AGM date was set and filed on SEDAR 2 months before the meeting.

Legally unless there are ways around the 15 month deadline ( i assume a company could always request an extension)  it has to be before the end of Dec.

No one would willinging book a meeting at christmas time,  So by the patterns we are looking at an Oct or Nov AGM.

I Think i will be on a Nov AGM,  any other guesses?

My guess: I think the agm will be October-November and that we will see a special vote coincide with the agm. I believe we will see an announcement for the agm  sometime at the end of August with a bo announcement sometime towards the end of September (after channel sample results are in and reviewed) prior to the Agm in October-November.    Maybe I had too much kool-aid this

To add to that timeline of events....LME has 958,620 warrants with an exercise price of $1.15 that expire September 27, 2023. They were issued as during the last private placement that closed Sept 27, 2022.   So a BO announcement before they expire should immediately put these warrants back in the money....presumably making who ever participated in the last PP very happy (and a lot of

Thanks! I hope so too! Of course there's the possibility that I am wrong. there are a lot of great people on this  forum, some lean more towards optimism and some lean more towards pessamisn in regards to buyout timeline and price. The one thing we can all be certain of is that someday this investment will pay off in a great way for those who are patient enough to wait!  it's
