Read all the posts this morning and grabbed a few bits and pieces from a number of different folks.
Here's some quick hits on the AGM:
- I've said in the past that the agenda for the AGM doesn't include anything about a disposition. Even if that news is there to be had, it won't overlap with the AGM and any disclosure related to it will be separate from the annual meeting. Make sure you don't come away disappointed from the AGM if there's no talk of a buyout, I maintain in advance there will be none
- No argument that the tech issues of the past AGM were frustrating. Every effort is being made to make certain there is a window in the AGM for questions. Not assuming there will be any issues BUT luck favours the prepared. If you have a question that you want on the table at the AGM, send it to me the week of the meeting and then at least I'll be able to table it for you as a question from the shareholders if something goes wrong, though there's no reason to think anything will glitch, it's all lined up now and looks organized and prepared.
- Details on how to log in etc... will come in the information circular sent to all shareholders in advance of the AGM. This will come from the Exchange and details will also be posted on the Laurion website. I'll post them here as well when they are available.
- There will certainly be a discussion about the geology of the project but Cynthia has been very clear that there will not be an estimate of the total mineralization of the property until after there is a disposition.
- If one of the questions is about what conditions will result in a 43-101 being completed I can answer that one for you : not happening. It acts as a ceiling more than it acts as a floor in Cynthia's view. With exploration still on the go there's no sense in capping the public view of the value of the deposit on the Ishkoday.
- Been asked if I'm part of the agenda at the AGM..... I am not. Will be on with everyone else as a very supportive and interested shareholder.
Hope that helps,
Steve
