I believe hibernation is the right word as we wait for the "US Capital Global has progressed to the latter stages of its due diligence review process." Curious to see what comes from that part of the NR.

Agreed. we still don't know exactly why the special committee was formed and exactly what USCG is working on. What kind of transaction are they working on? we don't know. I hope they are transparent with the refundable fee if a transaction is not secured. There must be a timeline to this. It's been about 3 months.
