Negotiations

You may be in the camp that Laurion has MIGHT have an offer on the table, maybe you aren't in that camp. But if you are, like me, I feel that the buyer just lost their last negotiating tactic. The gold is in the data room, there's money in the bank, the property has been de-risked and now gold is breaking out. "Sell when you don't need too and you will hold all the cards". The buyers hands are tied and their last card has been played. Whatever number Cynthia has been wanting will soon be realized...IMO. 


Note: for those thinking I change my opinion, I still Burmi should not be in the position he is in but I've never lost faith in the company.

Couldn't agree more with your assessment and thank you for your comments on price range estimates. Negotiations must be ongoing otherwise why engage USGC/ special committee? Additionally there was no need to issue the property of merit at this time, seems like its early release was for a reason. The recent video has thrown a bit of a wrench into my optimism though, why was time and money spent ...more
