Shares vs Cash

Anyone of any thoughts on this BO with shares vs all cash.  I know it has been stated many times Cynthia is looking for all cash deal but if gold continues to climb and gold companies shares increase they could use their shares as leverage for a higher buyout price.  Just some food for thought since it has been very quiet on the News front.

I posted gold major's cash balances in this post: https://stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard?symbol=v.lme&postid=35673438 like I've previously posted , considering the potential asking price for LME, I don't think  majors can or will empty out their cash reserves to do an all cash deal...so perhaps a joint venture buyout from more than one gold majors or with private equity ...more
