It's not adding up...

Cross post from reddit... Can someone help answer these questions for me:

Why years ago was everyone saying we didn't need a 43-101?

Why did we get one this year?

Why is it so much less than the 10m oz equivalents that everyone says the property is worth?

What is the benefit to the company of flow through shares adding to the cash holdings,  if there was already a stable amount, the dilution would only be disadvantageous to retail shareholders?

Why has the F&F percentage decreased over the years?  Wouldn't these people have the most conviction.

I have been lurking various LME forums/ posts for many years.  To be frank, I am under water significantly from the many pumps this stock has had over those years.  I feel like we are walking into another one. I cannot remain silent.

The conviction that some of these people on the message board have is quite manipulative if not divorced from reality completely.

If you find yourself going for a walk thinking of selling at  $40 a share and feeling Fomo you're being manipulated by somone.  Even more obvious is the fallacy of appealing to so-called experts or people that claim to be.

Look only to the message boards to see the string of dead accounts that pumped this stock, over and over again.  It feels like being in a cult or an abusive relationship.

I'm personally sick of people idolizing board members,  some of which don't have the financial wherewithal to require emergently needing cash from a position that some people believe will have a 100x multiple from here.  Give me a break.  I'm not a financial genius but I can come up with the amount of cash that that board member needed relatively easily.  He knew more about the immediate future and a probability of disposition than any of us speculators. And the pathetic excuses that excessively paid communication experts give the message boards show that these people don't have objectivity, integrity or honesty as their goals, only further manipulating a stock price.

I am deeply saddened at the poor life choices I have made and even worse for the friends that I have encouraged to join me. I am a contrarian and have made money off those trades against the norm.

One last question.  Is it contrarian side to be against the voices pumping stock or to be against the clear evidence that there is no sale of this project any time soon?

Please feel free to direct message me, I am open to honest and frank dialogue.

i am not to far away from your sentiments. But I think I have reasonable idea why these flow through unit are being held in cash. This is an unqualified opinion. Small juniors need to make sure they don't run out of money or look as if they may. There are some large influential  websites that use algorithms to rate these companies and the if ithe routine decides they have run away cash ...more
