Have we lost momentum?

I feel like last month and earlier this month we were all hopeful that the 2nd portion of the spring drill results would be published (which they were yesterday) and that the next step is for Cynthia to announce a BO before the June 24th Capital Gains effective date. I feel like the tides have changed recently and I’d like to know why??? Are we still hopeful? Here my thinking:
  • We recently found out USCG completed their Due Diligence
  • My question is this:
Let’s be real, the DD was conducted ON LME, not on a deal (they would never announce that if so). Therefore, if they completed DD on LME would they JUST be starting to look for potential buyers now?? Or, would they already have these lined up and now they’re showing the prize?? I am just worried that the case studies showed that when an FA + Special Committee is publicly announced, it takes roughly a year to close – so will it be a year from now?? Or, do we feel we are we closing soon since it's been a year since we announced the FA + Special Committee publicly last August 15th, 2023
