Cynthia Shares (Doug)
Hi Doug,
Sorry, can you speak to if Cynthia has exercised her shares? Or again, was this just an attempt to boosts share price so more F&F can offload? Stating she intends to, and actually following through just curious on the time lines?
Thanks

im sure it has to be reported much like when Burmi sold a bunch and when lerfino exercised his options once he left last year. I don't think its showing up as of yet....could be wrong though

Speaking of. There was a guy / director that left and had some options in the money that he exercised. I also think he had some options at like 0.85$. I wonder if hee ever exercised those? Could be a telling sign of what he thinks the value per share is.

Thanks for the link. I see Nick didn't exercise is $0.80 options, and I believe they expire 6 months after he stepped down? Disappointing for sure

Another sign of lack of confidence

Sorry guys, this makes no sense. Why would anyone excercise options when the shares are trading below the options strike price?

Exactly, he would just buy at open market if the options were $0.80. We might be overthinking this angle.

I mean, they own millions of shares already so totally unneccesary to exercise those options...also we have no way of knowing if Nick sold or bought anything after his departure from the board as he is no longer required to provide any info of sales/buys.... he could have sold a few million shares or bought more at market and we'd never know

No only uneccesary it would be dumb for him to exercise those shares. If he wanted more shares he could just buy at open market if the options were priced at $0.80.

I believe there were options at $0.82 and some at $0.55. The 82 cents were not in the money on his resignation but the 55 cents ones were. Curious if he did exercise them or not. Not sure of reporting requirements after his resignation.

Actually, not thinking at all, just making up negative perspectives!

Yes the exercising of her options is in process. Once it is complete a PR will follow.
