Corporate Update

Hi Doug,

Just curious if we can expect any sort of corporate update anytime soon?  Also, any idea when the next AGM will be held?

Thanks!

about 15 months since the last AGM

As Wmaver said, 15 months from the last AGM is the latest they can have the next one. So the next one has to occur by Feb 15/2025 or sooner. But can happen anytime between now and then. It will be pushed out as long as possible as I can't imagine they want an AGM while everyone is so negative, I think it's going to be hard get the votes to keep the board in tact as it is now.

I believe the technical rule is that' TSX-V listed companies must hold an annual meeting in every calendar year, and not more than 15 months since the last annual meeting. As the last meeting was Nov 2023, there will need to be an AGM in 2024. The next LME AGM will happen before the end of this year.

Ahsineeg, thanks for clearing that up and setting me straight in that detail. Good to know. Much appreciated.

I believe part of the AGM rule includes "within 6 months of fiscal year end"

I believe that is for TSX listed companies only. TSX-V listed companies do not have that rule apply to them.

I checked, applies to both

Fortunately, Cynthia posts updates everyday on LinkedIN. I am not privy to when future PR's are coming out so I can't comment on this. The AGM must happen within 15 months of the last AGM as Ashineeg has shared.  USCG remains active and is honouring their agreement with LME.
