Next steps with financial advisor

After reading the PR. I don't understand how this release is different from the 1 year ago except that they left out the name of the financial advisor and wrote engagement letter. The next steps are the same as the last ones ? Any thoughts ?

There is nothing Different, we all expected there to be an annoucnment extending the agreement, and we got it the day it was expected. one day before the old one "expired". at least we have officall PR stating the Due dillegence is complete. I know i will sleep better with that mystery solved!
