AGM

How much notice do they have to give in regards to the AGM? Last years happened Nov 15.  Any information regarding this would be appreciated.  After they announce the fall drill program this could be the next PR.

If I'm not mistaken it must be a minimum of 21 days but Laurion has typical given approx 60 days notice to its shareholders.
