Question for Doug

Hey Doug,

Can you tell me is any of the finder's fees for previous placements were paid out to companies under the control of any board members (past/present) or their immediate families? If so, was this compensation in addition to compensation reported in the disclosed financial statements?

  The majority of the private placements completed over the last couple of years were paid out to arm’s length parties. Around 3 years ago, I believe there were two private placements where John Covello and Nick Ierfino brought several of their own high net worth clients in to participate in flow though funding. John and Nick were paid a fee in accordance with policies, also bearing in ...more
