Someone else gobbled the shares up. Simply a transfer of shares between the impatient investor and the patient investor. Who knows why they someone sold. I sure wouldn't be selling right now...

selling at this price is about a need for cash     do the math on 2,500,000 ounces    that is the basement   this is the message a marketing partner should be telling

Like I said the other day. You sell. I'll buy and add to my position. Thank you!

I agree, that is the message that should be portrayed publlicly, I think it would instill a lot of confidence from the retail market.  Goldenbull999 did a great job laying out the base scenario yesterday:  "2.5m at $350/oz = $875m = $3.20 ish USD per share" - and that is floor. Anyone who buys at these prices will 10x (and much more in my opinion). It really is just a ...more

Lambo, you are officially the new Matlas. I love it. Stay positive!

Buyer has to pull the trigger, that's it. Longer they wait, the more expensive it's going to be.
Comment by GoldBelt on Nov 14, 2024 2:56pm
We don't know if the buyer (and LME) has already agreed to the deal. Wrapping up the deals financing, legal and regulatory work, etc can take months until they announce. HOWEVER, we do have some public information that can give us some clues as to what's possibly happening behind the scenes in this "crunch" time.  They haven't announced their required AGM. except AGM has to be held before year end I believe.

15 months after the previous one...

They won't be in tsx venture exchange compliance if they don't have it this calendar year but compliant to the corporations act. So we wait to see what happens.

Shareholder Meetings 4.1 Every Issuer must hold an annual meeting of its Shareholders by the earlier of the time required by applicable corporate or securities legislation and 18 months after: (a) the date of its incorporation; or (b) the date of its certificate of amalgamation, in the case of an amalgamated Issuer, and subsequently thereafter in each year not more than 15 months after its last ...more

We go around the same phrase and it gets us no where.  In the same sentence they say every year and 15 months.  Lol both of which can't happen. But I am on the 15th month camp, picking week of Jan 20th for the AGM.
Comment by Jimo82 on Nov 14, 2024 5:38pm
No one wants an AGM including LME MGMT. It would be hostile and the board as it stands today most likely wouldn't survive.
Comment by tuscanybound on Nov 14, 2024 6:55pm
May I ask a general quesstion to all who have wrote about a possible AGM. I have read "It wil be hostile, it will be crazy," "The directors will have a lot of explaining" "The directors won't survive the vote" and many more statements. I'm not sure what you expect a AGM to be like; the ones I've been to have been business like, orderly, and open to the ...more

I don't mean hostile like a Friday night fight night....I mean hostile as in shareholders will likely be using whatever voting power they may wield to at least send a message via voting "NO" to one or more members of the board for a year that saw sp at a significant downside to the gold market.   however, we dont have many more days to set the AGM after the back and forth. ...more

I think the key is the Iine "EACH YEAR"   If it goes 15 months then they will have skipped this year  BUT as I believe it is a done deal the point is moot
Comment by GoldBelt on Nov 14, 2024 7:23pm
Good eye DAM$! I believe you are correct! There has to be one held EACH year but not more than 15 months apartt.  well that makes the crunch time even crunchier... Hmmm if they still are obligated to give shareholders 21 days notice of an AGM and there's only 25 business days until Christmas break....
Comment by Twiggie on Nov 14, 2024 8:42pm
Based off of this. Nov 26 is cut off.
