I dunno about you, but im tired of trying to prop up this companies SP on behalf of some old fogies that cant stick to their word...this stock is manipulated heavily either way....Ill either get paid for the shares I already own on a BO announcement or buy more when this hits .20 when they fail to do anything pre-agm...at least at that price its worth more of a gamble.

Remind me... aside from Michaels sale earlier this year (a small fraction of his entire position) how many insiders have been selling this year?... and how much of the company is owned by retail?

I guess we'll find out how many more insider family and friends have taken their money and run at the agm. It's dropped every year.

The company has been issuing new shares so even if no friends and family sold a single share that percentage would be dropping.  And if they are actually selling I think it would be important to consider how that selling fits into their overall position - did they sell all of it? Just a bit?  Any idea why?  I'm sure there are lots of different stories - but I can say everyone
