St James Gold Corp > JOINT VENTURE?

JOINT VENTURE?

i'm hoping for a joint venture. That would be best for development of the Lone Pine property. A joint venture partner with piles of cash :-)

The problem with a joint venture is that the partner with cash usually ends of getting more and more of the property in return for being the one that contributes the cash. A direct buyout would benefit shareholders more.

What CBS needs is for Ning Wu and his cronies to stop listening to the aholes in China and proceed with the original deal putting in enough cash to drill out the resource update the PEA to a bankable fesibility study. OR get out of the way and let Sprott do it. We would be off to the races then I figure.

whats with the sprott fantasy?
Comment by gold_strike on Sep 01, 2020 1:10pm
Actually he has a very valid point if you look at Sprott's recent activities over the last year.  Sprott has been actively participating in silver stocks which has greatly benefited those stocks.   Stroud Silver is a case in point.   It has flown through the roof since he has prettty much funded a major drill program
