$LORD announced on Friday the closing of first tranche of brokered pp offering.

- 54,084 units of the company at $3.22 per unit

- 532,390 flow-through units at $3.86 per FT Unit

- Gross proceeds of $2.2M

The proceeds will be used to conduct drilling on the Florin Gold Project, exploration on the Company’s Newfoundland properties, and for general corporate purposes.

$LORD has great projects including the Florin Gold Project in Yukon that contains 2.4M oz of gold, the Grub Line property's initial exploration program is underway, and they have pursued prospecting and exploration on the Quinn Lake property in Newfoundland. Very excited to hear updates on these projects that have lots of potential!

They are up 1.3% today to $3.90 with a mc of $84.15M. Tight share structure too.
