Wow! Trading down to $0,04 says it all. Next move will be to

buy AM Resources. Not a bad idea because Tomagold pays David all his $250,000+ salary while he splits his time between the two companies. Where is the BOD, and why are they not doing their duties and looking out for shareholders?
