When to promote on other posts?

When you promote elsewhere it's because it's hard for a title to get the attention of others. PSH, today LOU is far from being like ATH and those who think so do not know what they are talking about. This stock has been holding between 0.70 and 0.90 cents for months and there is no reason to believe that it will do better. Watch and see before you say anything.
