LOU, accumulation is NOW,  something is a BUZZ, ERIC, very much likes MGMT., AND the area which they operate in,he is the largest holder of this stock. MEANS something.  VERY PROLIFIC area. SURE there is some good news to follow, load up the truck. EPS,  FCF, DEBT. reduction, going to be great,  also raised a TON OF CASH, very positive for future acquisitions. VERY VERY positive about company. THANK ME  , SORRY thank ERIC LATER.
