Agreed, was in since IPO and sold a year back or so. Companys float is structured terribly. They're a high cost indoor grower in a world where outdoor will takeover. For oils, extracts -> vapes, edibles, etc... Yes, outdoor is taking over. For dry flower, large scale greenhouse production facilities like VFF will dominate. HC will never accept outdoor grow for dry flower.  I don't belive in the craft market for the moment since many large LPs are slowly turning the corner and producing higher quality stuff.
