What's the hold up on the exchange transaction closing? Any conditions that are not currently met? Or are they going to time everything with release of financials?

I don't suppose a debenture holder filed a complaint with the OSC regarding the vote.  Even the OSC would have to admit giving up secured debentures for unsecured common shares is highly unusual. GLTA.

Yea maybe... Classic for management to go completely silent now. I hope this doesn't turn into this long saga where we get nowhere and debentures will be halted for months...
