Thanks to TD who took their sweet time converting my debentures into common shares I wasn't able to put my new common shares up for sale until after noon  that first day by which time the bids had dissappeared.  I'm out about $10,000.  Thank you TD.

Sooner or later they will have to do a unit consolidation so they will trade again. You probably won't get the $10,000 back but you will get something, especially if Ft. Mac booms again.

I would correct this to say that the units actually DO TRADE. Only problem is there is no awareness of the company (thanks Shelter/Manitoba/Lanesborough) through a corporate presentation or maket maker. When they do trade they do trade by appointment a handful of times a month, often for less than $100 at a time including commissions. I still can't believe that the majority of debenture holders actually voted to convert to common shares.  Did they really believe they would be farther ahead by owning common shares that never trade?  A sixty to one or 100 to one share consolidation seems quite possible, then a refinancing issuing a 100 million new shares, and the brilliant debenture holders stake will be worth how ...more

If oil gets to $200/bl then maybe, but I would think debt holders would take over, before turn around allowed to happen, just makes sense, seen it so many times imo
