Curious if anyone was there in person. Anyone know the voting results?

Since there is no press release yet, I would guess the vote didn't go they way the BoD hoped. They are probably trying to figure out how to spin the results so they can keep thier jobs.

That is probably true. However, my recollectioin that this company is staffed up with a bunch of lifestylers that probably figured that after the meeting their job was done for the day and go for a three-martini lunch, bill it to the commpany and call it a day. I also recall that they don't seem to have any motivation to get news releases out in a timely manner. If I was to speculate it

Further to the above. Will the company comply for the FIRST TIME EVER and file pursuant to section 11.3 of National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations, the voting results of this meeting?

I even wrote to the company to find out the results of the vote, useless just like everything else the management do. Better be a really good spin after this delay.

Let me guess the spin will be just like what they did to covert the debentures. Maybe they will ignore the vote and hope no one notices. There still is just under an hour for them to making a late Friday night filing for SEDAR - hoping no one will notice.
