What about the other items voted on?

Not concerned about the Auditors but would like to know about the executives. I can see some unitholders would vote for the consolidation and against the BoD, just to get the units trading again, but I'm pretty sure those that voted against the consolidation also voted against the BoD. Still working on their spin I guess.

Had thewy proposed a 10:1 consolidation, it probably would have passed, but then the current management is not noted for doing things properly.

Yet another thing that management could have done properly - but did not. This time, they didn't file this press release to SEDAR nor did they post the voting results. Seeing this makes me happy that the units I was able to vote because of my brokerage giving me the voting control number - even though I still have yet to receive my voting package. The vote was much to close.  I'm sure the next time management will "find" enough votes to make it pass.  GLTA.

Yes, thanks Bob! Just over a million units made the difference between passing and rejecting this destructive consolidation. So are they just not going to post the results of the rest of the proxy voting? What's the point of voting if the company can just not post the results and do whatever they want?
