Has anyone called Gino Romagnoli?

He is the contact on the last news release, 204-475-9090. Maybe he will tell us the results of the B0D vote as I don't think the company will be telling us. It is a shame we can only vote to withhold support and not vote against. Gives them an excuse not to resign.

I have not callet yet, but will try this week. No response from the Manitoba securities commission. They clearly have no intention of releasing the results of the vote, which clearly reject the current Board of Directors. And yes, as we can only withhold votes rather than vote no, it begs the question what the vote is for anyways.  The next option is shareholder activism. I find US ...more

To be a director you do need to have some qualifications and "education", (regarding securities or director resposibilities or whatever) none of which I have.  A  high school buddy of mine is on the board of a large company and I think he's pulling in over $150,000 a year in that role.  I always knew he'ld be successful in high finance.   GLTA.

I'm pretty sure there are no qualification to be on a Board. Knowing the industry is helpful but how many High School dropouts start sucessful companies. I figure anyone who finished elementary school could do better than the current board.

Probably true about the educational requirements. Awesome way you put it. My understanding is that there is not much that can be done until a meeting is called. What is probably the best at this stage is to organize an alternative slate similar to what Sun Valley is doing at Canagold (stock symbol is CCM) with the meeting to be held in a few days (maybe a week from now).
