even a short 2 paragraph summary would have been sufficient to resume trading. tell who its, how much theyre paying, and the nature of the transaction. you dont have to put together a 10 year strategic plan right now. the SP will reflect the purchase price, and THEN investors will give LS another few weeks to explain the long term vision before we start down/up grading the stock.   lack of ...more
