Vic Alboini is NO longer Chairman & CEO ...BUT remains as Director....sorry unable to copy and paste NR...

Is available on Globe Investor ( Globe & Mail ). 

Do you think his replacement just might entertain another offer before this current offer is finalized????

There is always a reason why he does something. If everything was fine the way it is supposed to proceed, then why would he step down at this time.? Why not let the transaction go through, then step down and move on to something else. What is the need to do it at this time? No, there is more to this. This story is not over yet.
