Another BUY For Lonestar West - Industrial Allianc
Industrial Alliance’s Technology Analyst, Mr. Al P. Nagaraj, officially initiated coverage of Lonestar West this past month with a BUY rating and $4.00 target price.
The recommendation is based upon comparable companies trading at 7.2X forward EBITDA. The report estimates Lonestar’s F2015 (June 30) EBITDA to be $14.18 million with expectations for rapid growth. It currently has 17.4 million shares issued.
