Lonestar West Inc. > One Question.......

One Question.......

How good would $2.00 look if, as the analysts are suggesting, oil were to drop to $25/Bbl?? This would wreak havoc on many a good company. No one  saw sub $50 oil and  it is costing many jobs and a lot of shareholders getting killed. Tread carefully with the projected oversupply ahead.

Fair comments for sure. However, the drag of oil ultimately impacts all aspects of the Alberta economy and in the short term it could pinch LSA's price and create better entry points. The market tends to over react and drag all into the oil vortex. No question LSI has a great model and is not solely an oil play.........but.........they are in Alberta. Time will tell how this palys out.
