You are waiting to find out the inevitable and by then, this stock will be in the $2 range once again.  Notice the volume on these sells....small players dumping a few thousand shares....that is what moved this down.  Badger would not have been trying to pry this compan from Horvath if this was going to fall apart.  We all know there is huge value here.  I just like buying when

Come now, they have diversified their business and they have done quite well at picking up infrastructure business in the States. Once oil picks up, this is clearly a huge bargain. Margin call sellers driving this down.  Small timers dumping.  You can't load up the truck here,,,the volume is too low but I buy in tranches.  I recommend it.
