CF/GSCO not screwing around - hires Bechtel

https://www.cityfibre.com/news/cityfibre-appoints-bechtel-strengthen-scaling-full-fibre-deployment/

Hopefully this will accelrate awards.  At least that's what they insinuate in the PR.  Perhpas this will allivate all the last minute changes by CF and get better processes so the constrution vendors can get more efficiencies.

Mostly I am happy with this but it coudl be another master for Carlo to serve.  Might also clear out the deadwood contractors - seperate the prentenders from the contenders.

Wow...today's news shows Bechtel corp. and AECOM energy paying fines of $58 million for overbilling the US government for work never performed. I imagine this is lte's new boss just hired by Cityfibre? Nobody is going to be in a good mood and being behind schedule will be taken out on us even more.

In a nut shell they got caught over pricing the US gov for the time it took to clean up a Nuke Plant site and got fined 50 mil. this started back in 2016 and they just Seattle. i dont see it being a problem for Carlo and company.
