City fibre must still be pissed off at us for being behind schedule in all 3 cities even though it isn't all our fault. They brought in that corrupt strong arm company to try and muscle the contractors. Who knows when they will allow lte to announce new work?

I wonder how much CF is paying Betchtel?  Lite is struggling to eke out a profit while CF throws money away to Betchtel.  That tells me CF is desperate to get these cities up and running.  Also, tells me that Lite should ask for more money especially since they've had to take over other shoddy work from other contractors with very little time to efficiently do the extra work
