It seems very obvious that more contracts have been awarded and more workers are required. Will the announcement of these contracts affect the financial picture or the share price of LTE stock? If so, does this not constitute a material change and are the shareholders not legally entitled to that information? Insiders, friends, family, subscribers to stock advisory groups etc. may have been leaked

I see what your saying wallpaper. I guess until the contract is signed off officially it cannot be announced? Carlos said for the new city project that they had to submit a rollout plan. I presume that has been completed by now. Perhaps with the new middle men, Bechtel, this is slowing things down from an approval point of view?

No thats not how it works in the real world. You apply, if you get it, you prepare, and when you are told you can announce it,  you do. Cambridge was a very thorny situation apparently, They didn't want to embarass people or bring on any lawsuits. According to FTTHFan  JOHN HENRY was the contractor for Cambridge and was replaced. LTE was brought in to clean up and take over all of
