Potential Norwich contract worth $86M

Hi all, I was doing some research on the weekend to figure out which city contracts were outstanding based on previous CityFibre press releases. The Norwich contract worth £50m has not been announced yet. Given that it is located very close to Lowestoft, this is definitely the contract that LTE is being considered for. At the September meeting, Carlos said that the contract was for 110K homes which is very close to the 100K homes in the original Norwich announcement on June 28th. When LTE gets this contract, it will add about $86million to the work backlog! It will more than double the backlog which last stood at over $53m.

This gave me lots of confidence after seeing the stock price slide recently. The selling seems unjustified since the contracts CityFibre announced were unlikely to go to LTE based on geography. Future contract awards are likely to be for cities north east of London.

Also, remember that LTE just raised $4.6m at a SP of 0.65! That will allow them to make planned acquisitions.  I'll be adding every chance I get at current prices. GL longs!
