For those interested in LTE. I heard that Carlo has been communicating with CF about a pay increase for awhile. He spoke about an 12% COVID increase of which CF management thought they could do however the conversations just kept dragging on. Finally this weekend Carlo sent an email stating that LTE can no longer carry on working at a loss and he expected a reply back. CF never returned the email so Carlo stopped operations. Apparently as of yesterday CF has replied and they have a call set up for today between the two parties. This is the sequence of events that lead to this shutdown.

I said basically the same thing in an earlier post.  Carlo is laying down the law and looking to renegotiate. This whole ordeal might be over by end of week.  I can't believe that some people would sell this at a loss after such little "material" news. Bunch of pigeons.  LTE was posting jobs for Cambridge on LinkedIn earlier this week. They aren't about

hey Stockwatcher, how about this, I don't care where you heard it. Did the call happen and have you learned anything, either real or imagined? I'm not too picky at this point :-)

this news came from an insider with close toes to Carlos. I havnt heard anything since. This is still a risky play, if CF replaces LTE with another company then our share price is worth .15-.25 cents untill more contracts are gathered. If CF gives us more money and another contract then sky is the limt.. good luck longs. I have been holding lte for 4 years

Do you think Carlos would come right out and tell us if CF was not going to give us any more work or if they were attempting to cancel any existing contracts? I doubt it.  Any changes at all represent "Material Changes" from now on. Hopefully they are upfront and honest with us and we don't have to find out thru other means.
