That's likely not what happened. The investment banks that they are working with, if any, brought the market up so that they could do a financing at $0.25, rather than $0.10 which is where I thought they might have to go to raise this much money. This is a good thing to be able to raise money after blowing through so much in the past.... count your lucky stars that company can live
