Singapore, 24 October 2022 – Trafigura, one of the world’s largest physical commodity traders, and EVelution Energy, a U.S. EV battery materials processing company, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to support the development of a battery-grade cobalt sulphate processing facility in the State of Arizona, USA.
              Ok---was wondering about language from LUCA saying 'they delivered concentrates to Trafigura', sounded like Trafigura processed concentrate, but they're up a notch or two, commodity trader---LUCA is essentially in their grip, don't have to wonder about the pecking order, but Trafigura must be up to their ears in knowledge and experience, could work out well;  I get this eerie feeling though, don't mess with Trafigura and then there's the Presidential election pending in Mexico--will stay socialist by all accounts.  But things are starting to come together, takes time.  IMO

look at board of directors  some mexican nationals and the President  a Mexican national probably on the board for a reason. they know how to navigate the goings on, also its not some outside company run by forigners rapeing and pillaging the land while the Mexican people are left to watch...LOL VIVA ZAPATA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did not see the board makeup---actually very positive partnership, and we can now imo assume it is a partnership not a traditional facility as per usual- Trafigura will know exactly who to grease, make problems go away.    IMO

you make a good point there ... they could have squeezed Lucas heads on the loan but agreed to  $.61 when SP was close to half that
