My most undervalued stock
If you consider the current pricing for copper, silver, gold, lead and zinc and the production numbers (in Q1 of FY 2024 they didn’t sell all of the produced minerals), we are looking probably at a price/earnings ratio of 4 (this is my estimate). But let’s try to be a fortune teller and look into the future, into a very optimistic future:
If they are producing 20 K AUEq in Q2 of FY 2025 and Gold is @ 2500, ASIC at 1500, we are looking at earnings of 20 Mio Dollar per quarter. For the full year this would be 80 Mio which could lead to a market cap. of 1.2 Bn and a stock price of 7,2 CAD (with 165 Mio shares). This is my guess for the share price in one year and it sounds too good to be true.
What do you think? Is this Is this too optimistic?
BTW: I’m fully loaded – I bought yesterday 80 K shares more on the U.S. market and have now 94% of the intended number of shares.
