"The issuer will not close this Offering unless the issuer reasonably believes it has raised sufficient funds to meet its business objectives and liquidity requirements for a period of 12 months following the distribution."

That leaves a lot of room for them to redefine what it is they're using this money for. This is not the type of language you would want to hear from a company that should be making tons of money in this environment.

Asked IR month ago about possible PP, reply was company will issue new shares only if they see oppurtunity to invest money that will bring value of company up, and I think warrants are not necessary, especially at 0.60, all in all bad move by mgmt, I would understand if shares were issued at 0.90, this is a reason mining sector is out of favor

Managment is a JOKE!!!   I sent them a nasty email and told them that I was going to report them to the regulators because it sure seems like funny business is going on.   Management certainly does not have shareholder interests at heart.  I've sold a chunk of my position at a loss as I am so disgusted in this nonesense.   Just not worth it anymore to ...more

From the year high of 68 Cent to 42 Cent.  From a market cap of 116 Mio. to 72 Mio. Woow, what a management. They achieved this with record Gold prices  (2500 Dollar today). Erasing 37% of the company value. Now I also understand the selling pressure when Luca was over 60 Cents. Normally there shouldn't be  selling pressure if a company can achieve earnings per share of 12 Cent ...more

As disgusted as I am with them also at the moment, I'm actually buying today.

I am disgusted with mgmt and the board etc.   this just goes to show you that they are not the right mgmt to invest in.  They will do cr ap like this again in the future and this company will not really go anywhere especially compared to peers that have way better management and better resources in the ground.   I wish you luck.   Cheers...

The resources are good, the EPS were very good compared to the share price but I agree: If you have a greedy management which is only filling their own pockets, the investment will go nowhere. I thought, that they are on their way back to 6 Dollar. If they continue like this, Gold will be at 3000 and Luca will be at 60 Cent

At this point, it's definitely a trade rather than a long term hold, which is very disappointing for me, since we had such high hopes. There's probably still money to be made though and I'm not completely ready to throw in the towel yet, but I certainly understand if others feel differently.
