as much as i railed against this offering

I would be ok with it if :

Barnholden has secured a Institutional Investor ( thats not going to just drop the shares into the market ) someone who wanted a bigger chunk of shares to hold and that will take the whole Offering t

he 26th dedline is just a date they had to give

the whole thing should already be a done deal if not then he is not worth what we are paying him and he should go back to where he came from

and we will know if what i said is true if; the Offering closes early is possibly oversubscribed and if one party that bought the whole thing or a majority of the Offering. we will then be able to tell if they are actual investors if they hold all shares...SP should recover quickly back to the mid .60"s and up from there

Well this is a bit of good news as I was right the offering is sold out and oversubscribed......insiders bought $700 k of the available shares and I hope that most of the rest of the shares were bought by a bigger player ( institutional) that wants to INVEST in the company LONG TERM!!!!!!!!! posted a new interview link with Barnholden just prior to this post ....check it out  only talks

Yep, it was a handout to their invesstor buddies no doubt, but I took advantage of the drop to pick up more shares. Still leaves a bad taste in my mouth how they did it, but getting some cheap shares makes it a bit more palatable.

Will there be more dilution, looks like small investors are not important, think that share price will not recover so fast, damage is done, share count is already high, who thinks it will go to $ 3 is very wrong, but I agree that LUCA is undervalued, good volume today

  with Pog above 2500$ all debt paid off 2 mines running at full capacity and optimization  drill campaigns with expansion of resources at least doubleing mine life if not more and AISC coming down...due to operational improvements  all this with millions in the bank to possibly add capacity over the next 2 years  share buybacks/ dividends? I may have been needlessly harsh on Barnholden though. Everything else about his strategy for Luca seems to be very logical and in some ways having a first time ceo can be very good. He doesn't want to ruin his own first rodeo. This was a good interview.

And look at the metals prices today! I thought this was"sell" season!

  $18 mill total debt position just raised $10 mill convertible warrants at $ .50 - $20-$25 mill  and somewhere Between $40$-$50mill of clear cash flow at the end of 2025 when all mines are running at full capacity.   spend of $8 mill on drilling and improvements  repay all debt $18mill for a total of $26 mill call it $30 mill that leaves us $40 to $55 in the bank

I think your assessment is very valid. I'm frustrated yet hopeful here; just not sure at the moment what percentage to apply to each category.
