End Game?

I have been a holder of this stock for a long time. It goes up and it goes down--it was at these levels a year and a half ago--but what is the end game for shareholders? It doesn't pay a dividend so unless it appreciates in value its dead money for investors. I think the only logical end game is for management to sell the company and make shareholders money. I don't really see or hear any inclination on managements part to sell. Maybe they are happy collecting their salary and milking the company until they retire. On the other hand, maybe it just takes time and patience to develop the land and increase its value. So I put the question out there--Whats the end game for shareholders?
