Thanks, valuehunter. I'm in the stock because of

the upside of mitchel ranch. Needless to say, given the landsize and market cap, the upside from potential of hundreds of locations of horizontal wells provides a nice risk reward. I was hoping the share price strength was due to undisclosed success of a mitchel ranch horizonal, but your road show expoaination explains things.
