Share count is expanding and soon worthless
99,723,831 shares plus another 11,430,873 this coming Feb 10th then another 11,430,873 come August 10th. Three more influxes of the same over next two years for another 34,292,619 shares.
As at September 30, 2021, the Company has 55,430,873 common shares subject to escrow release restrictions, of which, 11,086,175 common shares will be released on each of the following dates:
February 10, 2022, August 10, 2022,
February 10, 2022, August 10, 2023, and February 10, 2024.
I can just envision our team scraching out the red earth in some God forsaken place in the outback with some overly used equpment, in great need of repair, and then sauntering back to their broken down camper for a warm beer and then bedding down for the night in over used linen. However, the reality is that our "puffed up" featheedr friends are sitting behind their desks, twittling their thumbs and sipping on cocktails patting them selves on the back, while looking in a mirror and adjusting their hair just right. Aren't they impressive to themselves!
