They sold 700 000 shares today.  They were involved in at least one pp in 2020.  Hopefully it was just one seller dumping and are done.  Comark has not been active in trading for a while.
Hopefully it is not SGNL starting to sell....because that will be a big anchor keeping the ship from rising.  And they do need the money.

Todays news was great and there is great potential from it.

So I noticed as well. It might just be brokers cut. This team acquired two gold mills for less than $7 million. They will recoup that and more from just those gold fines that Signal could not be bothered with. Looks like stock promotion activities are now beginning to kick in. Lots of backed up news ready to flow as well..

My concern is that SGNL has made a lot of terrible financial decisions in the past.  And it wouldn't surprise me if they were dumb enough to sell their shares at at low price, instead of waiting for a much higher price.  If they do that, both companies lose.
